Observed the walk in refrigerator holding an ambient air temperature of 44.7F, captured using inspector's min/max thermometer. PIC stated that there was no thermometer inside of the refrigerator with a dial to read accurate temperatures. There was milk inside the unit 44-46F. PIC moved the milk to a working cooler and put in an emergency work order for the unit. TCS food items must be stored at 41F or below if cold holding.
