Observed long hose attached to sink faucet at dishpit. Hose was faucet end was 1 foot above sink, and hose was over 20 feet long. Talked to staff about back flow policy. Hose was removed. Talked to manager about increasing pressure at dish sprayer to avoid needing hose. Ensure end of faucet system is never long enough to be longer than to be within 1 inch of the flood rim level. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
