Observed floor tiles to be cracked, missing, or otherwise in disrepair directly outside the freezer door in the retail area rendering the area neither smooth, nor easily cleanable. Discussed entering a work order to have the cracks sealed with water-resistant epoxy or other appropriate sealant with PIC. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
