Observed no date marking on container of smoked salmon in counter cooler that had been removed from hermetically sealed package. Observed partial date of January on milk container in counter cooler. The person in charge stated the milk had been previously frozen and the smoked salmon had been recently removed from the package and date marked the items accordingly.
