Conducted an onsite visit with RS #871 to discuss changing the business model of building one to an Independent Living residence. Discussed the conditions of when a permit is required. If any TCS foods are provided by the establishment and stored in a refrigerator warming cabinet, etc. a permit is required. Executive Director will follow-up with an updated business model of the IL residents will be providing their own food and preparing it, which will not require a permit for the kitchen.
