Conducted an onsite visit with RS #871 to discuss changing the business model of building three to an Independent Living residence. Discussed the conditions of when a permit is required. If any TCS foods are provided by the establishment and stored in a refrigerator warming cabinet, etc. a permit is required. Executive Director will follow-up with an updated business model of the IL residents will be providing their own food and preparing it, which will not require a permit for the kitchen.

Inspector's notes
Observed the exhaust fan in the employee toilet room to be not working. Repair the exhaust fan to working order to keep rooms free of excessive heat, steam, condensation, vapors, obnoxious odors, smoke, and fumes. Mechanical ventilation of sufficient capacity shall be provided. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
