About 15 small flies observed in food preparation area from hand wash station to utensil storage rack. Another 10 or so flies observed in mop sink area and also a few in the kitchen office. PIC stated pest control was last administered a week ago. Please have pest control administered prior to re-inspection on 8/8/24. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Repeat Violation Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained - condensation line for walk-in was dripping onto the cove base about 1 inch away from the floor sink. The pipe was able to be extended to be above the floor sink at time of inspection. The pipe is moveable and may be misaligned again if it is bumped or hit. Please reattached the cover and close the spaces around the drain pipe. Caulking at rear hand wash station is beginning to crack and could have a new application of caulking applied. Tile grout in food prep area is beginning to eroded and could be repaired. Chipped tiles and small crevices where cove base is separating from the wall in various areas of facility.
