Observed assorted deli meat, American Cheese, and white egg patties cold holding at internal temperature of 48-50 deg F in a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F. Manager informed the food items had been holding in unit since the night prior and discarded. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

OC re-inspection for a Class 3 10+ E&D permit was conducted with manager Aaron B. by appointment. The establishment is still approved to operate. Please address the following items prior to the next routine inspection:1) Trim the foam sealant at the soda chasse flush and provide a smooth layer of silicone. 2) Replace the chipped and damaged VCT flooring throughout the back kitchen, as needed. 3) Provide additional rubber cove base to the back wall of the front service area. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
