There is no hot water available to the Cowabunga Taco cart. The hand sink and three compartment sink must be fully functional with hot and cold water available. 2. Provide separate drain pipes for the soda waste and the ice bin that each drain into the outside floor sink with minimum 1 in. air-gaps between the ends of the drain pipes and the flood rim of the floor sink.3. a new atmospheric vacuum breaker on the water supply line to the Indian Fry Bread kiosk must be replaced with a new one.4. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified.5. Clean the grease and soil from the air-curtain at the pass through window.6. Clean the soil and standing water from the floors including the cabinet beneath the soda fountain.7. Repair the self-closer for the main door.
