Provide threshold at front entranceFacility to maintain a 4ft spatial barrier between food processing and any open food/containers. Facility will be required to provide a physical barrier if the spatial barrier is not maintained. Plan review will be required if physical barrier is needed.Facility will be moving to another area of the complex. Equipment inspection conducted with owner, Yizkhok . At the time of this inspection, this project was about 85% complete. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to YizkhokFacility has pre-packaged non-time temperature controlled foods that facility can sell. Each item was reviewed with owner on items that are considered non-time temperature controlled foods.Address the following items to qualify for a permit:1. All floors are to be sealed, smoothed in retail, kitchen, mopsink and restrooms2. All walls are to be sealed, smooth, easy cleanable and durable, Tarps are not approved surfaces3. Restrooms, kitchens, retail area and mopsink area are to have light colored, washable cilings4. Provide splash guard between food prep sink and the three compartment sink5. Provide three compartment sink that has smooth, rounded corners and in good repair. Current three compartment sink has been re-conditioned and is not approved 6. Facility will require an approved HACCP plan By Maricopa County Environmental Services to be able to utilize the vacuum packaging machine7. All equipment to be commercial grade and in good repairPlease continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 402-3147 for a final inspection at 100% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection. A certified food manager is required at time of approval. If not already obtained, please obtain your certified food manager certificate from an ANSI approved testing company. All other food handlers must obtain ANSI approved food handler certificates. No county legal action will result from the inspection.
