Operator also provided photos of newly installed signage prohibiting unauthorized trash dumping and warnings of the area being under surveillance. Operator also stated through mobile text message that more signage, additional security cameras, and a temporary gate around the dumpster will be installed in the near future.

Equipment inspection conducted with owner, Yizkhok . At the time of this inspection, this project was about 85% complete. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to YizkhokAddress the following items to qualify for a permit:1. All floors are to be sealed, smoothed in retail, kitchen, mopsink and restrooms2. All walls are to be sealed, smooth, easy cleanable and durable, Tarps are not approved surfaces3. Restrooms, kitchens, retail area and mopsink area are to have light colored, washable cilings4. Provide splash guard between food prep sink and the three compartment sink5. Provide three compartment sink that has smooth, rounded corners and in good repair. Current three compartment sink has been re-conditioned and is not approved 6. Facility will require an approved HACCP plan By Maricopa County Environmental Services to be able to utilize the vacuum packaging machine7. All equipment to be commercial grade and in good repairPlease continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 402-3147 for a final inspection at 100% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection.
