Provide a metal cove base at the floor/wall juncture where the Walk-in freezer door is located inside the walk-in display refrigerator.4. The CMU (Block) walls inside the back storage area must be finished to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.5. Finish the rough exposed floor edges beneath the main hot and cold cases in the main prep area to be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable.6. All floor sinks must be accessible for cleaning and must have proper strainers and grates installed.
