Observed employee in back bakery area drink from personal bottle water with no straw. Employee with contaminated hands proceeded in directly touching sweet bread. Notified Person In Chare (PIC). PIC directed employee to hand wash. =====Employee not washing hands after using the toilet room; caring for or handling service animals or aquatic animals; coughing, sneezing, using a handkerchief or disposable tissue; using tobacco, eating, or drinking. Observed several crates of milk and liquid eggs with internal temperatures of 48-50*F in walk-in cooler. Person in charge (PIC) stated that items were measuring at 40*F two hours earlier. Milk and liquid eggs were moved to larger walk-in by kitchen area. PIC called maintenance to repair cooler. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
