Facility did not have testing strips available during time of inspection. Establishment had sanitizer dispenser for quaternary ammonia and only had test strips for Ecolab Sink and Surface sanitizer. Ensure testing devices are available to ensure proper concentration of sanitizer solutions are prepared to sanitize food contact surfaces.
