Core-4-602.13, C: Nonfood Contact Surfaces Observed accumulation of black matter and stickiness on floor and in corners of establishment underneath the drink preparation area. Spoke with PIC about having a more regular cleaning schedule for the establishment. PIC stated maintenance will be doing a deep clean of the facility during winter break (within the month).
