Inspector's notes

Observed cloths being stored in a sanitizer bucket measuring 0ppm of sanitizing solution (Ecolab Sink and Surface Sanitizer). Sanitizing equipment onsite was unable to produce sanitizer with an effective concentration (per MFG). Establishment shall utilize chlorine bleach for sanitation of food contact equipment until functionality of equipment is restored. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
