Observed accumulation of food debris and dust along floor throughout kitchen and register area. Physical facility shall be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Establishment shall clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Observed sealant to floor pealing away along floor of kitchen and register area. Observed exposed rough concrete below prep cooler in kitchen area. Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth, durable, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. All floors, walls, and ceilings shall be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
