Inspector's notes
Establishment installed a domestic dishwasher in-place of a commercial dishwasher at the service kitchen. There were cups and plates being washed at time of inspection. PIC stated that cups and plates are cleaned at the service kitchen after each meal, and larger food containers are returned to the main kitchen for cleaning after each meal. A commercial dishwasher with automatic dispensing of detergent and sanitizer is required. Advised PIC to have all dishes cleaned at the main kitchen dishwasher until a commercial dish machine is installed at the service kitchen. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection within 10 business days.
