Observed various non TCS dry food items in plastic bags and plastic containers displayed for consumer self service and retail sale with no labels. The person in charge stated the food items are portioned from bulk and repackaged on site for re-sale. Food items included dried seeds/nuts/fruits, dried shrimp/fried pork skin, whole spices, shredded coconut, and other candied confections.
