Observed a small, approximately 0.5-1-inch tall gap under the receiving doors in the kitchen. Discussed with person in charge to repair the small gap to mitigate the infiltration of small pests under the door gap. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. The person in charge will seek out maintenance to repair the small gap under the receiving doors. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed a handwashing sink nearest to the office and observed the 3-compartment sink both with wall seals that are starting to dry and separate from the sink and the wall, causing a small gap to form between the sink and the wall. Discussed with person in charge to have the sinks resealed. The person in charge will have the sinks resealed. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
