Observed packages of food in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer directly on the floor. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all food needs to be 6 inches off the floor. PIC picked the items off the floor and placed them on the shelf at time of inspection. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
