Wall panels flexing away from wall near office entrance and drive-thru window. Coved base tiles also missing grout or damaged behind water heater, near reach-in freezer, and across from fryer. Escutcheon near front entrance/counter could also be tightened to be flush with the wall. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

-- Observed multiple containers of pico de gallo in prep top cooler with internal temperatures ranging from 47°F-56°F using probing thermometer. All other TCS items at or below 41°F. The person in charge stated the pico de gallo was removed from walk-in refrigerator and placed in cooler approximately 1.75 hours prior to the inspection. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit (walk-in freezer) to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
