Observed heavy grease build up directly on concrete floor outside of back door of east conference room. Please clean prior to next routine inspection. All grease must be disposed of in designated grease bin. 6-501.114 - Core: Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter Addl Notes: Observed several unused equipment stored directly outside of exit door. Please remove unnecessary equipment from premises. Maintain premises clean at all times to prevent pest activity.

Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed dirt/dust/debris throughout the kitchen. Observed dead fruit flies on the wall behind the dish machine. Soiled plates were left around the dish machine area. PIC stated that the kitchen is used only for weddings and banquet events. Please ensure all areas are cleaned daily. Food prepared for events if coming from "Annabelles" must not be assembled in this kitchen, as it is its own permit and "Annabelles" does not fall under a catering permit type.
