Soiled plates were left around the dish machine area. PIC stated that the kitchen is used only for weddings and banquet events. Please ensure all areas are cleaned daily. Food prepared for events if coming from "Annabelles" must not be assembled in this kitchen, as it is its own permit and "Annabelles" does not fall under a catering permit type.
