Inspector's notes

Observed half and half stored in cooler measured at 52F. Observed cooler ambient temperature measured minimum of 50F. PIC will discontinue use of cooler for TCS items until maintaining 41F or below. PIC reported storing half and half in cooler at least overnight. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All medicines and chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All items were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection.
