Only one hand sink available for employee use in kitchen/prep area/warewash area of the establishment. The front hand sink had been designated as a dump sink by a prior manager. Manager stated that hand sink would be replaced. Ensure that sufficient number of hand wash stations are available for employee use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.12 - Priority Foundation: Hand Drying Provision. There is excessive ice buildup in the freezer under and on the fan area. The ice is causing the metal around the fans to separate. The second hot holding drawer from the right side is very difficult to fully close. Ensure that the equipment is properly repaired and maintained in good repair.
