Observed a standing 2 door refrigerator with an internal ambient temperature of 46*F. PIC had staff move all items to the walk-in and adjusted settings down. Discussed ensuring that nothing is returned to the standing refrigerator until unit is verified working or serviced. Establishment has sufficient cooling capacities to operate without unit until repair and verification. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

No soap at corner hand sink in bar near kitchen door. Manager refilled soap dispenser. Discussed routinely monitoring that hand sink supplies are properly stocked. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
