PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law Observed a mop sink drain draining slowly over by the employee restrooms. All plumbing must be maintained in order to prevent any potential health hazards due to sewage and backflow. The PIC plunged the drain and was able to unclog the drain to allow for the mop sink to flow properly and will continue to monitor the sink. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
