PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law. Observed a solid stream of water coming from the front of the ice machine in front of the bakery walk in. Discussed the importance of maintaining equipment in good repair to avoid build up of water, grease, pests, etc.. Person in charge was unsure of when this leak started and placed a service request for maintenance on the unit at time of inspection. Re-inspection will occur within 3 days.
