Observed packaged TCS food items with internal temperatures between 47-52F in the reach in cooler by the meat counter. TCS food items included milk, raw shelled eggs, deli meats, sliced cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. The person in charge stated the food items had been stored in the reach in cooler for more than 4 hours.

Observed packaged gummy chilli and chamoy candies called Caros Antojitos and other packaged gummy chilli and chamoy candies called Enchila-2 for retail sale. Information provided on the labels could not produce a food permit for those candy producers under Maricopa County. Observed several flavor rimming dips (mango, cucumber with lime, and watermelon) for retail sale manufactured by Los Hefes in Mesa, AZ. Los Hefes is not registered with having a food permit in Maricopa County. Person in charge voluntarily removed unpermitted products from sale floor and placed in back to take home at end of day.
