This inspection was conducted with the area’s inspector, Alysha R. To discuss about backflow prevention and plumbing issued that the area inspector noted in the last site inspection. At this time, the owner had provided separate water lines for the clothes washing machine and chemical dispensers. Also, the washing machine has been relocated in a separate room.However, inspector noted that the hot water lines inside the restrooms are installed backward and only go up to 74*F. Within 24 hours, please provide hot water inside the restrooms to 110*F or higher. Hand sinks with tempered mixing valves must be at 95-100*F. Switch the hot and cold-water lines at the restrooms’ hand sinks. Provide point of service water heaters, an insta-hot for for each hand sink to ensure hot water in the restrooms or provide a recirculation pump to ensure hot water must be at point of service within 45 seconds upon activation.
