Observed handwashing sink in the back of house blocked by a whiteboard at time of inspection. Observed handwashing sink in the front of house blocked by several tongs at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Owner informed the cheeses cakes had been in unit since the night prior and discarded. Observed single service cheesecake slices cold holding on the top shelf of the front display case at internal temperature of 49 deg F. Manger discarded the cheesecake slices. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Advisory conducted to determine proper permit type. Establishment has cooked hot dog and ham and cheese pastry that they have a time as a control procedure for they do not assemble sandwiches. They have a full bakery. They prepare hot beverages using milk products as well a cold beverages. Recommend this permit be changed to an Eating and Drinking 0-9 class three.
