Observed one hand sink near fryers with both soap and paper towels, two other sinks in kitchen had no paper towels available (along service/order line, and three compartment sink). All hand sinks must be assessable and with soap and paper towels. Staff are washing hands at sink with paper towels until new arrive on site. Add paper towels to all hand sinks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
