Observed several cold temperature-controlled foods (TCS) in beverage refrigerator actively cooling and at a temperature ranging 44-46*F. Person in charge stated foods were placed in unit within 2 hours prior to inspection. Beverage refrigerators are equipped to hold prepackaged, non-TCS foods only. All cold TCS foods were removed from beverage refrigerator and placed in cold holding unit. Person in charge stated a new commercial refrigeration unit will be ordered soon and will no longer hold or cool TCS foods in unit. 4-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Cooling, Heating, and Holding Capacities-Equipment. Observed there to be no hand drying paper towels at the handwashing sink located by the 3-compartment sink. PIC supplied paper towels at time of inspection. Hand drying towels must always be available at all hand washing sinks. Residual moisture on the hands can increase the level of touch-contact associated bacterial transfer following handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
