In the bottom section of the prep refrigerator observed a plastic bag of cooked beets with no prep date. Prep dates could not be determined after discussion with the PIC. In the walk in refrigerator observed a pan of cooked tomatoes dated 7/17, a small cambro of cooked green chili date marked 6/10, and a small cambro of cooked salsa date marked 7/13.
