Observed front sandwich case holding stick cheese, turkey cheddar sub, turkey sandwich, Italian sandwich, cheeseburger, breakfast sausage sandwich, lunchables, buffalo chicken wrap, peeled boiled eggs, and chobani yogurt drink between 45-50*f degrees. Per PIC items were out of temperature more than 4 hours. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
