Observed on outside two door refrigeration unit with no fans or power running ot refrigeration unit. Internal ambient temperature of the unit was 66.7*F-71*F with min/max thermometer. Internal temperature of tcs foods listed: cheddar cheese box with salami and hummus crackers at 70*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC) PIC had employee discard all improperly stored tcs foods listed. Per employee tcs foods were placed into the unit day prior. No temeprature log checks on this unit. ====Except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time is used as a control all TCS food to be maintained at 41°F or less. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
