Alerted the manager who stated they had a third-party servicer out to deep clean the oven only two days prior. The cavities and door seals of ovens shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours. Discussed the importance of both routine cleaning and deep cleaning for ovens. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Discussed time control parameters with management.
