Be sure all items sold have proper labeling in English with the item name and ingredients. Ensure items sold for retail in grab-and-go fridge or retail shelves are labeled by next routine inspection.

Observed the dumpster and grease trap area of the establishment's parking lot with significant amounts of sewage (e.g. grease, soiled cardboard, and other liquids) on the ground. In addition, a dumpster is without any lids on it. The establishment shall maintain the refuse area of the parking lot free of sewage and other debris to prevent the attraction of pests. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
