Employee changed tasks and put on gloves without washing hands. Employee wearing gloves touched their glasses and started to continue food handling without washing hands. Had employee wash hands and reviewed requirements. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC).
