Observed all sanitizer buckets and three-comp sink sanitizer solution below appropriate concentration of 150-400 PPM. Discussed with person in charge replacing empty sanitizer solution in dishwashing area. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
