Inspector's notes

Observed the hand sink at the outdoor cooking area near the smoker would not turn on. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. The PIC provided a back-up battery to plug the hand sink into, and it is working properly at this time. Discussed replacing outlet. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. The sink's water tank was refilled while inspector still onsite. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
