Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.Tables in the central room are used for volunteer dining and for portioning open food, such as cookies and bagels. Discussed sanitizing the table surface before using the tables for food handling. Discussed a chlorine solution at 50-100 ppm concentration and having the appropriate food service chlorine test strips. The reach-in in the distribution room took more than 10 minutes to return to proper temperature after frequent opening. No TCS food was in the unit at the time of inspection. Please ensure the unit is able to maintain any TCS food, such as bagged salads, 41*F or below before using the unit for holding TCS food. The min/max read 50*F at the start of the inspection with the higher temperatures from frequent opening.
