The permit holder is responsible for ensuring that their menu items comply. Education was provided on the addition of food additives and dietary supplements during the inspection. Observed handwashing sink behind front counter near reach in freezer with very low flow of hot water. After running the faucet for about 15 minutes, the temperature of the water was 84*F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. **Re-inspection required** A re-inspection is scheduled for Monday 1/26/26. Please ensure that the hand sink has sufficient flow and the capacity to maintain water above 100*F. Please contact inspector for any questions, assistance, or with any updates.

Ensure that there are no stops downstream from the atmospheric vacuum breaker in order to prevent backflow into the potable water supply. -Discussed cleaning juicer on a 4-hour schedule as a control for biological growth. Juicer is used for leafy greens and other ingredients that are TCS. -Observed syrups/additives made with coffee extracts, L-theanine, guarana and vitamins. Observed menu options for dried mushroom blends and blue spirulina. Any substance(s) added to food must be GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and/or used consistent with all legal requirements.
