Observed no handwashing soap at the handwashing sink by the three compartment sink at the time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC refilled soap dispenser at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at the time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed unmarked cooked noodles 86*F, cooked rice 89*F, rice noodles 64*F, fried tofu 76*F by the cold table at the time of inspection. Per PIC, TCS items were cooked around 12pm and are held under time as a control then discarded after the lunch rush. Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. PIC was instructed to properly time stamp all TCS foods being held under time as a control at time of inspection. Establishment did not have written time as a control procedures and was provided with the Maricopa County handout at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
