Inspector's notes

Observed storage shelf under prep table by the prep sink with spilled flour and build up of food debris against the corners where the legs are. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed the only prep sink's pipe slowly leaking water into a bucket. Person in Charge is aware of the issue and is working on getting the fixture repaired. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed no certified food protection manager on site at time of inspection. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. *Second consecutive repeat violation*

Inspector's notes

Observed floor drain by three compartment sink slow to drain at the time of inspection. Per PIC, floor drain is slow to drain if full sink is drained at once. All plumbing must be in good repair at all times, must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
