Inspector's notes

In the walk in cooler, observed 2 cucumbers with organic matter growth in the box. Observed 2 boxes of tomatoes with several tomatoes each with organic matter growth. Also in the walk in, observed a bag of potato soup with severe bloating. All foods were deemed adulterated and embargoed.

Inspector's notes

Observed single use spoons, forks, crackers, and other single use items stored under the drain line of the handwashing sink. Utensils, napkins, wrapping paper, and any other single-use, food contact surface cannot be stored below sewage lines. Manager had items moved at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed an employee handling cash and then immediately return to putting on gloves to handle food. When going from cash to food, employees must wash their hands.

Inspector's notes

Observed a leak at the faucet of the hand sink near the back prep area. Discussed replacing or repairing the faucet. Observed flexible drainpipes from the soda machine ice maker and collection bin to rest below the flood-rim level of the floor sink. Replace the drainpipes with a rigid material and suspend at least 1" above the floor sink to create an air gap. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed no cove base installed at the floor and wall junction in both restrooms, under the 3-compartment sink, and on the exterior wall of the walk-in freezer. Discussed installing vinyl cove base or using siliconized grout/caulk to create the cove. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed missing caulk or caulk in disrepair at the 3-compartment sink and around the front counter hand sink. Discussed sealing the sink and wall junctures. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
