At the start of the routine inspection observed handwashing sink turned off. Sink was turned back on the PIC and a small amount of water was dispensed. Approximately 30 minutes later handwashing sink and three compartment sink water would not dispense any water under pressure. After discussion with the person in charge it appeared the water supply was depleted.
