Inspector's notes

Observed designated hand sink located across from the dishpit to be slow draining (60 seconds+) at time of inspection. Discussed hand sink use limitations with PIC. PIC will put in a work order to have the drain snaked to clear any blockages immediately. PIC will discontinue use of hand sink until it has been serviced and use the nearby hand sink on the cookline. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
