Observed black teas, butter, ranch and milk cooling from lunch service in refrigerator with an ambient temperature of 57*F. Person in charge stated foods were placed in unit within 2 hours prior to inspection. Employee discarded items voluntarily on their own accord. Person in charge turned off refrigerator and placed a work order on unit. All foods to be held and transported from Towers walk-in refrigerator. Foods are to be held on ice at 41*F or below.
