Hot water valve dispensing at 94*F and temperature increasing by one degree every 60 seconds. Person in charge had maintenance remove temperature valve, and hot water began dispensing at 112*F. 5-202.12 (B-D) - Core: Handwashing Sinks, Installation; Faucet Approved/Installed.
